My Mom has always been an active, independent woman who thrives on volunteering in her community and visiting with her many friends. The time came; however, when, as with many seniors, her eyesight began to fail and she no longer felt safe driving her car. Determined not to let that stop her she explored her options for alternate modes of transportation (besides her legs). After checking with the local ordinances, Mom decided that she wanted a golf cart. However, because she lives in the small northern Michigan town of Rogers City her options were extremely limited.

As I reside in the suburban Detroit area I researched a variety of businesses that sold golf carts. After explaining what I was looking for and why, Keith from Keith's Auto Sales in Warren explained everything that we should look for when purchasing a golf cart and advised me of what vehicles he had available for sale. When Mom came to try out some golf carts, Keith's Auto Sales was the first, and as it turned out, only place we visited. Following a complete overview by Keith Mom took a test drive, fell in love with her new "car" and purchased it on the spot.

However, (as is unfortunately often the case) this was not the end of the sale. Keith installed the options Mom wanted, including a seat belt and rear view mirror, and ordered her a wind/rain enclosure. Additionally, he arranged for the cart to be delivered to her in Rogers City, approximately 350 miles away. On a mutually agreed upon delivery date, Robert, from Keith's Auto Sales, arrived at Mom's house. Rather than just dropping it off Robert again reviewed how to operate and maintain her new golf cart. Keith and everyone at his establishment have been really wonderful. Before, during, and long after the sale they have been there to answer any questions that arise and assist Mom in any way possible. I highly recommend Keith's Auto Sales to anyone looking to purchase a golf cart, whether it be for golfing or for giving someone you love their independence back.
